Donate to The Inclusion Initiative
The WA Inclusion Initiative is a dedicated initiative aimed at enhancing diversity, inclusion, and belonging within the WA Alliance. Our goal is to ensure that administrative professionals from all corners of the globe, particularly those from underrepresented and economically disadvantaged regions, have the opportunity to participate in the World Administrators Summit, held every two year. By fostering a more diverse membership and enriching our discussions, we can build a stronger, more inclusive global community for administrative professionals.
We pledge to do this by reserving 10% of our annual net surplus to fund the Inclusion Initiative. Please support us by making your own contribution to this initiative by donating what you can. Your help will change the life of one of your peers in our profession.
Impact of the WA Inclusion Initiative
The WA Inclusion Initiative is more than just financial support—it is a statement of the WA Alliance’s commitment to diversity, inclusion, and global collaboration. By supporting administrative professionals from low-income and developing countries, we ensure that all World Administrators Summits remain a truly global platform, where every voice can be heard and every professional, regardless of financial means, has the opportunity to contribute to and benefit from the collective knowledge of our community.

What does the initiative support?
- Contribution to the participation fee for one delegate from a low-income or developing country.
- Contribution toward travel expenses for in-person attendance at the Summit, contingent on the fund's resources.
Sources of the fund:
- 10% of the WA-Alliance's annual surplus (starting in 2024)
- Donations from individuals, associations, corporations & our partners and by Association sponsorship of the applicant's registration fee
- Onsite donations at the WA-Summits
- Donations when renewing the membership or registering for the WA-Summit.
Management of the Inclusion Initiative
To ensure that it is distributed equitably and transparently:
- Application form to be completed
- Applications will be handled on a first-come, first served basis
- Applicants must agree to the participation requirements
- Funds are managed via a dedicated WA-Alliance bank account
- The funds will be overseen by the WA-Alliance Secretary with guidance and supervision of the WA-Alliance Finance Officer
- Final decision on allocation of funds rests with the WA-Alliance Council.
